Internet Banking site, we've provided some hints and tips below
that will hopefully help you. If you find that you're still experiencing

Customising Privacy Settings For Cookie Handling
Windows 95 / NT 4
- Click on the Windows Start button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double click on the 'Internet Options'
icon.
- Click the Security Tab.
- To determine your settings, select the Internet Icon, then click
the Custom Levels button at the bottom.
- Scroll down the tree view till you see the heading Cookies.
There are two entries with three possible settings:
- Allow cookies that are stored on your computer:
Click 'enable'.
- Allow per session cookies (not stored):
Click 'enable'.
- Click 'OK' to finish.
Windows 98 / XP
- Follow instructions 1-3 in the Windows 95 / NT4 section.
- Click on the 'Privacy' tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the 'Advanced' button.
- Click on the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling' checkbox.
This will ensure the other options then become available for selection
(ie not greyed out).
- Click on 'Accept' in the 'First Party Cookies' section and ensure
the 'Always Allow Session Cookies' checkbox is checked. 'Third
party cookies' can be set to any of the options available.
- Click 'OK', then 'OK' again.
