If you are an existing client, our offshore Telephone Banking Service will allow you to make payments over the phone. All you need to do is fill in the application form and return it to us.

We'll start to set up Telephone Banking as soon as we receive the form. Please allow ten days after you post the form before calling us to activate your chosen codeword.
Please make sure your codeword is different from your activation code you used on your application form.
Your codeword should be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 characters. It must be a continuous series of letters or numbers, with no punctuation. You need to choose a codeword which you can remember easily. Everyone who’s named on the account should know the codeword, but you should not tell anyone else.
When you use the offshore Telephone Banking Service, we'll ask you for specific characters from your codeword. You won't be asked to give the full codeword. Once we've checked your identity, you'll then be able to make payments, provided you have enough money in your account to cover them.
